F I T T I N G S
Fittings usually begin 10-12 weeks before your wedding date, detailed information about your fittings will be emailed out to you once you have booked in so you know exactly what to expect.
After your first fitting we can book in all subsequent fittings required, usually brides have around three fittings, more may be needed if there are big design changes being carried out.
Once we get to your final fitting we can book in a collection date, usually in the week leading up to the wedding.
Your dress will be steamed prior to collection to ensure it is ready for your wedding day.
W H A T T O B R I N G
You will need to bring along your shoes and the underwear you plan to wear on the day as these will directly affect the fit and length of your dress. These need to come with you to every fitting so we can check the fit each time and make additional adjustments.
C O S T
Payment for alterations is taken at the final fitting once the work has been carried out and you are happy with the final product. An initial quote is given at your first fitting, I try to be as accurate as possible at this point but please note this is only an estimate and final cost can be subject to change depending on the final amount of work needed. As a guideline most alterations are £200-£450. Any bespoke design changes will be priced separately.
